Shipping policy
Territories
THE EÏNN delivers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, United States and United Arab Emirates.
At the moment, it is not possible to order from other territories but we are actively working to extend our global shipping network.
Orders adresses to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories will be canceled.
Processing
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
Method
THE EÏNN offers standard shipping via DHL and Royal Mail, with delivery times ranging from:
• United Kingdom – 1 to 3 business days
• Europe (Switzerland, Norway, Monaco) – 2 to 5 business days
• United States and Canada – 4 to 8 business days
• Australia and New Zeland – 7 to 14 business days
• United Arab Emirates – 4 to 8 business days
Royal Mail service is only available within the United Kingdom.
Express shipping via DHL is also available, with delivery taking 2-3 business days, depending on the destination.
We also offer Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
These options is ideal for time-sensitive orders or higher-value items. An additional fee applies (visible at checkout).
Taxes, duties and final price transparency
Our warehouse is located in United Kingdom.
All prices displayed on theeinn.com are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, customs, and duties.
Insurance
We offer Worry-Free Delivery, for 2% of your order total, covering loss, damage, and theft. Worry-Free Delivery can be added at checkout.
If Worry-Free Delivery is not purchased, THE EÏNN is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
To file a claim for a lost or damaged package, please contact Worry-Free Delivery directly at claims.route.com.
Purchases on other websites or stores
If you purchased an THE EÏNN product from another website, please contact the reseller directly.
Incorrect adress or refuse delivery
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. In case of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the delivery, or any other delivery issues caused by the customer, all shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
We will only refund the product price reduced by any additional costs including shipping, taxes and duties.
Return policy
Introduction
We offer a 14-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy for all orders. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.
The customer take full responsibility for the return label and associated shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions
Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:
• the merchandise you want to return was purchased from TheEinn.com;
• your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery;
• the items are in their original condition and have not been washed, worn, used or altered;
• the items are shipped back in their original packaging;
• the return shipment takes place within 7 days from the date the return is authorized; and
• the return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, the package will be send back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Additionally, THE EÏNN cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
Return process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare.theeinn@gmail.com before sending it back.
In your message, include your order number and the reason for the return.
Do not return the iteam until our customer service team has confirmed your return request.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.
We can return these items in their current state upon request.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges.
If you would like to buy a different product, please return your merchandise and make a new purchase from the website.
Refund
As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The time needed for your funds to be available in your account may vary based on the payment method used.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.
If we notice a suspicious pattern of returns (for example, if we suspect someone has used the merchandise and then returned it, if someone orders and returns regularly, and/or if the returned items do not match what the person ordered), we will deactivate the account.
